Gorrissen Federspiel assists DMK Group in connection with intended Arla Foods merger.
DMK Group and Arla Foods have announced their intention to merge. We are assisting DMK Group as Danish counsel in connection with the merger.
The intended merger brings together more than 12,000 farmers with the aim to become one joint cooperative that will achieve a combined pro forma revenue of 19 billion euros.
The merger is subject to approval from the board of representatives in the cooperatives as well as regulatory approvals.
Gorrissen Federspiel’s team is led by Niels Bang and comprises, among others, Jakob Skaadstrup Andersen, Martin Dræbye Gantzhorn, Michael Kirkegaard Nielsen, Caroline Helene Krestine Boysen and Caroline Philip.
