Gorrissen Federspiel assists Conscia and Nordic Capital in connection with the acquisition of the Netherlands-based group Open Line.
The acquisition is intended to strengthen Conscia’s position in the European market and is fully aligned with Conscia’s ambition to become the pan-European leader in cybersecurity and managed services, and is its largest acquisition to date.
Completion of the acquisition of Open Line is subject to regulatory approval and works council consultation procedures in the Netherlands and is expected later this year.
It will be Conscia’s 17th acquisition in the past five years.
Conscia is one of Europe’s leading providers of IT infrastructure and network solutions, with a particular focus on helping companies secure, optimize, and develop their digital platforms. Conscia provides services in areas such as cybersecurity, network operations and cloud managed services, and collaborates closely with large companies and public institutions in several countries.
