Brunswick Real Estate has entered a joint venture with GREYKITE for the purposes of acquiring and developing residential housing projects in Denmark.
The joint venture is established in connection with a seed-acquisition of two residential development projects in Jutland, Denmark. Brunswick Real Estate is both a joint venture partner and the investment, asset and development manager for the joint venture.
