Gorrissen Federspiel assists Blackstone and Logicor with sale of pan-Nordic logistics portfolio.
Blackstone and Logicor has successfully completed a sale of a pan-Nordic logistics portfolio to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
The portfolio consists of three assets in Sweden and two in Denmark with a total GLA of approximately 92,000 sqm.
