Barings enters into joint venture agreement with Catella and acquires residential project.
The joint venture has been entered into in relation to a simultaneous acquisition of the residential real estate project, Project Vega, located in Herlev, Denmark, and comprised by 269 residential units and 134 parking spaces distributed across a total of c. 22,864 sqm, expected to be completed in 2027.
