Gorrissen Federspiel assisted Cadeler A/S

Cadeler A/S, a Danish leading offshore wind contractor, which is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and NYSE, has carried out a successful private placement raising gross proceeds of NOK 1.8 billion (USD 166 million) through an accelerated book-building process.

Net proceeds from the private placement will be used to finance in part the Company’s planned thrid foundation installation A-class newbuild vessel, which will help facilitate Cadeler A/S’ growth journey as a leading offshore wind contractor with strategic focus on foundation and turbine installation.

The private placement follows an eventful 2023 where Cadeler merged with Eneti Inc. following a successful exchange offer and became dual listed on NYSE in addition to its existing listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
