Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Nykredit Bank A/S on the sale of Sparxpres to Resurs Bank AB.
Sparxpres offers consumer loans to private customers as well as financing solutions providing the option of installment payments and credit in connection with the purchase of goods from Danish webshops and retail stores.
