Gorrissen Federspiel advises Neot e-motion

In connection with its nearly €90 million financing of 186 electric buses and 93 chargers

Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Neot e-motion in connection with its nearly EUR €90 million CAPEX financing operation to support the deployment of 186 electric BYD buses and 93 Efacec chargers across Denmark, in partnership with GoCollective and its shareholder Mutares.

Neot e-motion is Neot Capital’s new investment platform dedicated to low-carbon mobility assets and infrastructure across Europe and OCDE countries.

With the transaction spanning across several legal areas including financial transactions, corporate law, transportation and tax, the core team consisted of partners Thomas Maaberg Hansen, Mikael Philip Schmidt, Johan Casper Hennings and Niclas Holst Sonne, managing counsel Maj Signe Mønsted Vilstrup and associate Emilie Gjervig Strømvig.
