Specialist insight into digital regulation shaping your business

Who helps you navigate digital regulation when the rules are still being written?

Data Update is a webinar series designed for in-house counsels. Through bi-monthly webinars, we provide clear, structured overviews of key developments in the digital regulatory landscape, drawing directly on our advisory experience.

What you can expect to gain:

  • Clear prioritization in a complex regulatory landscape: We help you identify which digital regulatory developments matter right now – and which ones you can safely deprioritize
  • Specialist insight combining breadth and depth: You gain access to a unique combination of broad regulatory coverage and deep specialist expertise across EU law, technology and business critical regulation
  • Direct access to leading digital regulation experts: Sessions are led by senior specialists and partners working daily with digital regulation.

Each session focuses on selected key areas, including:

  • Artificial intelligence – regulatory developments affecting the use, deployment and governance of AI systems
  • Data access and commercialisation – how evolving rules shape data sharing, monetisation and competitive dynamics
  • Cybersecurity – new requirements and expectations for resilience, risk management and incident response
  • Data protection – practical implications of enforcement trends and new regulatory guidance

Sessions are led by our senior specialists and partners and complemented by insights from leading academics, regulators, and other experts. Unique EU law perspectives are provided by former Advocate General Henrik Saugmandsgaard Øe.
