Managing Counsel
Sabine Brandhøj Overgaard assists Danish and international clients within all aspects of employment law. Among other things, she drafts employment contracts, terminations and severance agreements for individual or multiple employees and provides assistance with employment law issues in connection with M&A transactions. She also advises on issues relating to maternity, anti-discrimination, sickness, dismissal, bonus schemes and non-competition and non-solicitation clauses as well as legal proceedings.
In addition, Sabine advice our clients on applications for work and residence permits for non-EU-citizens in connection with temporary as well as permanent employment of staff in Denmark.
Sabine is a part-time lecturer at Aarhus University where she teaches Employment Law.
Sabine was awarded the “Talent of the Year” prize in 2019 by the Association of Young Danish Employment Lawyers (Yngre AnsættelsesAdvokater).
