Assistant Attorney
Rasmus Rich is part of the firm's Shipping / Offshore / Transportation practice group, where he advises Danish and international companies on maritime and commercial law matters.
His primary activities involve the sale and purchase of vessels, corporate law issues and implementations, M&A transactions, and commercial contracts.
Rasmus has specific experience within offshore energy, shareholder agreements and M&A matters from his previous experience at Maersk Drilling and Gorrissen Federspiel's Corporate M&A practice group.
