Rasmus advises Danish and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters as well as assists on M&A transactions conducting due diligence investigations, preparing transaction documents and implementing transactions.

In addition to common corporate and M&A advise, Rasmus also has experience with commercial contracts, especially with regard to offshore energy, due to previous experince from Maersk Drilling.
