Ole Horsfeldt is an outsourcing lawyer specialised in companies' outsourcing of IT requirements, business processes, and facility services. Ole advises on dispute resolution and project rescue and is often appointed in the role of mediator, arbitrator, or standing neutral where his deep knowledge of the operational and financial aspects of outsourcing and IT projects enables him to holistically strategize about and assist in the resolution of complex disputes.
Throughout his career, Ole has had an interest in leadership and in particular in leadership associated with the leadership of lawyers. In parallel with his client related work, Ole is the resident in-house of lawyers at Gorrissen Federspiel. Ole is responsible for parts of Gorrissen Federspiel's internal training.
