Noora Korpelainen advises both Danish and international clients on M&A and venture capital transactions with a particular focus on life sciences sector. Noora assists clients throughout the transaction processes, including due diligence investigations, negotiations, drafting transaction documents, separation planning, and managing deal implementation.
Prior to joining the firm, Noora worked as an M&A lawyer in Helsinki, Finland, and she leverages her extensive Nordic network to provide seamless advice on transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions. Her experience enables her to navigate the complexities of international corporate matters with particular insight into Nordic markets.
