- offshore support vessels (OSV)
- transport insurance and transport damage/cargo claims
- freight forwarding and logistics (contracts, insurance etc.)
- international sale and purchase of goods (contracts, guarantees, transport etc.).

In addition, Morten has wide experience with dispute resolution, including court- and arbitration cases. Morten has right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court, and was in 2014 appointed as acting judge in the Danish High Court.
