Attorney
Mikkel Holt Christensen advises Danish and international corporate clients on complex disputes and white-collar crime matters. He primarily works at the intersection of civil litigation, white-collar crime and regulated industries, where legal, commercial and organisational risks often intersect.
Before joining Gorrissen Federspiel, Mikkel worked at the Danish Ministry of Justice on procedural and criminal law matters, including legislative drafting and advising the Minister of Justice and the government. He also has substantial courtroom experience from the Danish Prosecution Service at Copenhagen Police.
