Michaela is an English qualified solicitor with extensive dispute resolution, regulatory and transactional experience. Michaela advises and represents clients across the Shipping, Offshore and Transportation team's practice areas on matters with an English law element.

Prior to moving to Denmark, Michaela was a Senior Associate in a magic circle law firm specialising in the resolution of high value, high profile disputes in the banking sector. Michaela has represented clients in English High Court and Court of Appeal hearings. On the regulatory side, Michaela has extensive experience advising and representing clients during high stakes regulatory investigations and enforcement action.

Most recently, Michaela was in-house counsel at Maersk Drilling heading up the International Commercial & Contracts team. Michaela managed major transactions and contract negotiations, alongside various claims.
