Maria Færge Pedersen focuses primarily on dispute resolution and assists both Danish and foreign clients with litigation and arbitration. Maria renders legal assistance from the onset of a dispute and until it has been finally resolved by judgment or settlement.
Maria also has experience in the field of IP & Digital Business where she has been advising on all aspects of intellectual property issues, including in relation to trademark law, design law, copyright and marketing law, as well as data protection, AI and EU law.
