Mads Løvenskjold Nielsen specialises in procedural law and assists both Danish and international clients in litigation and arbitration.

Mads conducts cases of a very varying nature but with a particular emphasis on corporate law disputes. As an important part of his work, Mads drafts pleadings, prepares trials and conducts legal research into the legal basis of the disputes.
