Senior Digital Business Counsel
Jarl Phillip Kierulf Øster is Senior Practice Area Counsel in our Digital Business practice group, where he advises clients on technology, outsourcing, and transactions. His practice includes complex and business critical outsourcing projects, digital transformations, M&A transactions, commercial contracts, partnerships, dispute resolution, cybersecurity, and digital regulatory work.
Jarl is also part of our Fintech practice group. He has significant experience in advising clients in the financial sector, including payment service providers, banks, asset managers, pension funds, and insurance companies. Jarl has been involved in some of the largest technology- and infrastructure projects in the financial sector and has been on secondment as attorney to Nets Group (Nexi).
Jarl has previously been part of our Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, where we worked with corporate law, capital markets law, and M&A, including during a secondment as attorney to Novo Nordisk focusing on corporate governance and capital markets law.
