Jarl Phillip Øster has been with Gorrissen Federspiel since 2015 and is part of our Digital Business practice group, where he primarily advises clients on IT and outsourcing. He has extensive experience in negotiation of IT/technology related contracts and transactions as well as procurement and sourcing for Danish and international companies.

Jarl has previously been part of our Corporate/M&A practice group, where he worked on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company law, securities law and corporate governance.
