The cross-practice group consists of partners and attorneys with in-depth knowledge of IP, IT, personal data and banking and finance, and are supported by ad hoc colleagues from, inter alia, our EU & Competition and Corporate/M&A groups.
The experience of the members of the cross practice group derives from a broad variety of legal matters, ranging from the handling of transactions, licensing, development agreements and cooperation agreements to regulatory issues and dispute resolution.
Also, we have for years been among the leading providers of advice to the financial sector and have in-depth knowledge of all legal and business aspects in this sector.
Regardless of whether you are developing or buying FinTech products, there are, in addition to the practical and commercial issues, a number of legal issues that must be considered. These issues range broadly across different legal areas. These issues may range from the distribution of IP rights to a FinTech product, issues relating to the financial regulatory legislation, the handling of personal data to the marketing of the product.
We have established a FinTech cross-practice group, which is rooted in our knowledge and experience within different legal areas. Our cooperation across practice groups ensures an efficient one-stop-shop for providing high quality advice within FinTech across practice areas.
