Gabriella Wolthers Pedersen advises Danish and foreign clients in relation to general corporate law matters, restructurings, project development, disputes and commercial contracts.
In particular, Gabriella has significant experience with complex commercial contracts which includes assisting with the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of sale and purchase agreements, standard terms and conditions, framework agreements as well as contracts related to large-scale CAPEX projects, including EPC contracts - and very often with a cross-border element. Gabriella also has insight into and experience with the international FIDIC and Orgalime standards.
Furthermore, from her time in the Real Estate practice group, Gabriella has experience with real estate transactions, project development and other real estate law matters.
