Frederik Høy focuses primarily on insolvency law and provides assistance to legal entities and individuals in bankruptcy. In addition to conventional insolvency law, Frederik has experience in other legal disciplines relevant to undertakings in bankruptcy. Frederik also provides advice on the financing of aircraft and ships, including in respect of acquisition, sale and lease as well as in respect of the registration of rights.
