Senior Counsel (Corporate/M&A)
Frederik J. Ø. Schlichtkrull specialises in private M&A transactions, advising corporates, listed companies and international groups on complex Danish and cross‑border matters. He originally joined Gorrissen Federspiel in 2015 and returned in 2026, bringing substantial senior in‑house experience.
From 2022 to 2025, Frederik served as Head of M&A Legal at DFDS, a publicly traded multinational shipping and logistics group, where he led the legal execution of more than ten published strategic acquisitions and divestments across EMEA as well as several high‑impact strategic initiatives, including long‑term concession agreements.
