Emma Eiersholt assists Danish and international clients with M&A transactions and commercial and corporate law matters.

Emma has advised on and negotiated a wide range of both share and asset deals and reorganisations within different industries, both on the buy side and the sell side. Emma advises on and assists with all aspects of the M&A process, including due diligence, W&I insurance, document drafting and negotiation.

Emma also has experience with general corporate matters, including incentive programmes, mergers and management and shareholder matters.
