Managing Counsel
Christoffer Hornslet has many years of experience with construction and consultancy law, and he represents some of the country's largest builders, consultants and contractors in connection with tenders, contracting of building and construction tasks and dispute resolution before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. Christoffer is highly appreciated for his constructive and pragmatic approach, and he manages to resolve conflicts effectively.
Christoffer has special expertise in international construction law and transaction-based construction law, where he provides advice on construction law matters in connection with the purchase and sale of investment properties under construction.
Significant cases
In recent years, Christoffer has, among other things:
• Handled and successfully completed a very complicated and principle arbitration case concerning a bridge in Copenhagen.
• Advised on several large, complex projects, including the expansion of a hydropower plant in Greenland, the construction of a Carbon Capture plant on Zealand, as well as tenders and contracts for the furnishing of a museum in Copenhagen.
• Advised one of Denmark's largest property developers on a large-scale and visionary urban development project near Copenhagen.
• Advised on construction law aspects in several transactions in connection with the purchase and sale of newly built investment properties and investment properties under construction.
