Christoffer Fode is a partner in Gorrissen Federspiel's Energy and Corporate/M&A practice groups.

Christoffer advises both Danish and international clients on M&A processes and other complex transactions, with a particular focus on the energy and utilities sectors, including solar, wind, and biogas.

As a member of Gorrissen Federspiel's energy group, he also provides counsel on regulatory matters within the energy and utilities sectors, particularly related to the green transition in electricity and district heating. Additionally, he has significant experience with carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects.
