Christian advises on corporate reorganizations, matters at shareholder or management level, general meetings, ownership-based incentive schemes, capital increases, dividend distributions, mergers, demergers, choice of company form, company formations or solvent liquidations, conflicts between owners, matters regarding commercial foundations, cross-border transactions etc.
Christian has most recently gained experience with complex international shipping transactions.
