Christian Malmkjær-Pedersen has been a certified insolvency lawyer since 2018 and he is a member of the Danish Debt Agency's panel of lawyers.

Christian primarily deals with the handling of bankruptcy estates. The work involves a wide range of tasks, including carrying out business transfers of bankrupt companies, realising assets, investigating voidable matters, etc. and conducting legal proceedings on avoidance, management liability and bankruptcy quarantine.
