Managing Counsel
Caroline Boysen advises investors and companies on M&A and venture capital transactions, with a strong focus on the life sciences sector. Caroline has worked on numerous deals for private equity and venture capital funds, guiding clients through every stage — from structuring and due diligence to negotiation and closing. Caroline also support several biotech companies with their day-to-day legal and strategic matters.
In addition, Caroline has extensive experience advising on capital markets regulation and transactions, including having advised on numerous public takeover bids in Denmark.
As part of Gorrissen Federspiel's Life Sciences team, Caroline is passionate about helping investors and innovative Danish life sciences companies bring new ideas and technologies to market.
