Caroline Boysen has considerable experience with both private and public M&A transactions and has assisted in numerous transactions for both private equity funds and industrial clients, and on both the sell and buy side.
Caroline advises and assists with all aspects of M&A processes, including deal structuring, due diligence and preparation and negotiation of transaction documents.
Further, Caroline has extensive experience with capital market regulation and transactions, including takeover bids and IPOs as well as hands-on experience with structuring and establishment of private equity funds.
