Brianna is working in our Energy and Infrastructure group as part of our Renewables team. Brianna has a commercial background with several years of experience in the offshore wind energy industry.

Prior to joining Gorrissen Federspiel, she worked at Ørsted in their direct procurement CAPEX organization where she was responsible for developing sourcing strategies, leading intensive negotiations and closing high-value construction contracts. As part of her responsibility for the sourcing process, she gained project management experience working with a multidisciplinary team including legal, engineering, tax, insurance and real estate specialists. Specifically, she worked within the Foundations scope on several different offshore wind projects being developed in the U.S. and Poland. She has substantial experience with FIDIC contracts, namely the 1999 Yellow and Green books and 2017 Red book.

Brianna has a master's degree from Copenhagen Business School in International Business and Politics, with a focus on Sustainable Business. Additionally, she is currently preparing for the Solicitor Qualifying Examinations necessary to become a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
