Brianna Stocks

Professional profile

Brianna works in our Energy group as part of our Renewables team and has several years of experience with drafting and negotiating agreements across a range of renewable energy sectors including onshore and offshore wind, solar and biogas. She is specialized within construction and operation & maintenance contracts as well as offtake agreements, such as power purchase agreements.

Prior to joining Gorrissen Federspiel, she worked at Ørsted in the direct procurement CAPEX organization where she was responsible for developing sourcing strategies, leading intensive negotiations and closing high-value construction contracts. Specifically, she worked on several different offshore wind projects under development in the U.S. and Poland. She has substantial experience with FIDIC contracts, namely the 1999 Yellow and Green books and the 2017 Red book.

Brianna is licensed to practice as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Additionally, she has a master's degree from Copenhagen Business School in International Business and Politics, with a focus on Sustainable Business.
