Bjørn Jurjans Moosgaard is experienced in assisting Danish and foreign clients on complex corporate law matters, restructurings, and investments in other companies and he has extensive experience in all aspect of private equity work – particularly relating to the structure and formation of PE funds and ongoing corporate support of funds until and including exits from (both minority/majority) investments.

On a more general level, Bjørn regularly assist clients with various types of commercial contracts and company law matters, including e.g., investment agreements, shareholders' agreement, share class structures, M&A transactions as well as advice relating to cooperative associations, ltd. liability partnerships and foundations.

Bjørn has also assisted in transactions in the financial sector, including in relation to stock exchange listings and capital increases.
