Asbjørn de Roepstorff assists our clients with all forms of advice on dispute resolution within business matters, including conducting litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Asbjørn has experience with disputes in a number of different areas, including energy/offshore, construction, advisory liability, various commercial agreements, IP, corporate law and management liability.
Asbjørn's experience includes disputes before Danish courts, preliminary reference to the Court of Justice of the European Union and arbitration under the auspices of various arbitration institutes, including DIA and DIS.
Asbjørn has acted as ad interim judge in the Court of Appeals of Eastern Denmark for a total of one year and has thus gained considerable experience with dispute resolution from a judicial perspective.
