Alexander Højmark focuses primarily on litigation and arbitration to both Danish and foreign clients. Alexander renders legal assistance from the onset of a dispute and until it has been finally resolved by settlement or judgment.
Alexander has experience in the field of corporate / M&A where he has been advising on all aspects of company law, securities law, foundations law, and M&A-transactions.
Finally, Alexander also has experience with banking and finance law, including syndicated LMA financing, bond issues and financial regulation.
