Gorrissen Federspiel has acted as Danish counsel to Kesko – K-Group in connection with the acquisition of Dahl’s operations in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden from Saint-Gobain (Euronext Paris) – the largest acquisition in Kesko’s history with a debt-free transaction price of EUR 1,200 million.
Dahl is one of the leading technical trade operators in the Nordic region, specialising in HPAC (heating, plumbing, air, and cooling) products and infrastructure construction.
The businesses to be acquired comprise some 190 stores, three automated central warehouses, approximately 2,700 employees and over 70,000 customers across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, with combined net sales of nearly EUR 2.1 billion in 2025.
