On behalf of Gorrissen Federspiel, we are delighted to invite the Securities Law Committee to two special events during the 2026 IBA Conference in Copenhagen:

Day trip: Castles & Coastal Dining | 3 October, 2026

Travelling by bus from Gorrissen Federspiel’s offices, we will explore the scenic coast and experience the lovely atmosphere of North Zealand. As the first stop on the route, we will visit Kronborg Castle in Elsinore – famously known as Hamlet’s Castle – for a private guided tour around the castle.

After the tour of Kronborg, we will head to Sletten Kro, a charming waterside inn near Humlebæk. Here, we will enjoy a relaxed lunch featuring seasonal Nordic cuisine in elegant, maritime surroundings.

After lunch, we will visit Frederiksborg Castle, the Queen’s summer residence, for a guided tour of the Castle Gardens before heading back to Copenhagen.

Private guided tour at Kronborg Castle

Bus transport from Kronborg Castle to Sletten Kro

12:30 pm – 2:00 pm:
Lunch at Sletten Kro

2:00 pm – 2:30 pm:
Bus transport from Sletten Kro to Frederiksborg Castle

2:30 pm – 3:30 pm:
Walking tour in the Castle Gardens

3:30 pm – 4:15 pm:
Bus transport from Frederiksborg Castle back to Axel Towers

4:15 pm:
End of tour

Officers’ Dinner | 8 October , 2026

Restaurant: Orangeriet

Orangeriet (visit website) is a charming restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen’s historic King’s Garden. Housed in a neoclassical pavilion dating back to the 18th century, Orangeriet offers a cozy and relaxed atmosphere with views of the surrounding park.

The menu features modern Danish cuisine.

Transportation

As it is centrally located, Orangeriet is easily accessible by foot or a short taxi ride from most areas in Copenhagen.
