It is our sincere pleasure to organize a retreat and Officers’ Meeting offering Officers and select guests of the Committee the opportunity to experience both the vibrant character of Copenhagen and the unique cultural and natural heritage of North Zealand. We trust that this visit will not only complement the professional purpose of your attendance, but also provide a memorable insight into Denmark’s traditions, innovation, and way of life.
3 October 2026 | Retreat
On Saturday, 3 October, we have planned a special retreat for Officers and special invitees of the Committee.
As an addition to experiencing Copenhagen throughout the IBA week, we would like to introduce you to the beautiful region of North Zealand, where you will have the opportunity to explore Danish history, modern art, and traditional Danish cuisine.
Program
10:30 – Meet-up at Axel Towers (Gorrissen Federspiel offices)
10:45 – Bus transport to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art
11:30 – Tour of Louisiana with audio guides + free time
13:15 – Bus transport to restaurant for lunch
13:45 – Lunch at local restaurant in North Zealand
14:45 – Walk to Kronborg Castle (Hamlet’s Castle)
15:00 – Guided tour at Kronborg Castle
16:15 – Bus transport back to Copenhagen (Axel Towers)
17:00 – Arrival back in Copenhagen
20:00 – Dinner at restaurant Salon in central Copenhagen
4 October | Officers’ Meeting
On Sunday, 4 October, we have scheduled for the Officers’ only Meeting at Axel Towers.
Axel Towers, which houses Gorrissen Federspiel’s offices, is an iconic building located in central Copenhagen, just across from Tivoli Gardens.

10:30 – Light snacks and coffee at Axel Towers
11:00 – Healthcare & Life Sciences Law Committee meeting (incl. lunch)
14:00 – End of Officers’ Meeting.

Registration & payment
Registration
To participate in the retreat and the Officers’ Meeting, we kindly ask you to register via the form below.
Please note that registration is binding.
The deadline for registration is 15 May 2026.
Payment
The price for participation is EUR 425 (depending on number of participants), which includes transportation, entrance fees, lunch and dinner.
Payment will be handled by Gorrissen Federspiel, and you will receive a link to access the payment module within the coming weeks. We will send the link directly to the e-mail address provided in your registration.
You will be able to pay by credit card or bank transfer, and you will receive a receipt upon payment.
