The GC Breakfast Club brings together relevant General Counsel, Company Secretaries and Heads of Legal to discuss recent legal, regulatory and governance developments, share practical experience and exchange perspectives with peers. Each session will explore topical issues and emerging risks, alongside the practical and strategic challenges facing in-house legal teams.
Combining expert insight with peer discussion, the series is designed to provide timely updates and practical perspectives in a confidential setting that encourages open discussion among senior legal and governance professionals. Our aim is to provide practical insight that supports your role as a trusted adviser to your board and executive leadership in an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment.
Our first session will focus on a practical GC Year-End Checklist, highlighting the key legal, governance and geopolitical issues listed companies should consider as they prepare to close out 2026 and position themselves for 2027.
All discussions will be conducted under the Chatham House Rule, creating an environment in which participants can share views and experiences openly and in confidence.
