Real Estate Counsel
Simon Bronka works with a wide range of real estate matters. Simon has particular experience in all aspects of real estate project development, including the purchase and sale of development properties and projects, lease, planning and construction law issues, and the structuring and execution of project sales.
Simon also has extensive experience in transactions involving the purchase and sale of commercial and investment properties (as asset or share deals) as well as drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
