Rasmus Høj Christensen has many years of experience in advising on employment law. His primary focus is on advising on employee relations in connection with M&A transactions, outsourcing and restructuring, as well as informing and consulting employees in this regard.
In addition, Rasmus Høj Christensen has extensive experience in both cash and share-based incentive programs, including transaction-based incentive agreements.
Rasmus has advised on the handling of employee relations in a number of the most significant transactions in Denmark in the last 10 years, including Tryg's and Intac's bid for RSA, the separation of Codan Sweden and Norway from Codan Denmark and Macquarie's bid for TDC A/S.
