Professional profile

Mette Jul Marott works in the Real Estate practice group where she has advised clients on a range of real estate issues for a number of years. Mette's expertise encompasses in particular project development of real estate, conveyancing of commercial properties, commercial lease law and planning and environmental law.

Mette advises both Danish and foreign companies as well as public enterprises. For a number of years, she has for instance assisted in the organisation and completion of tenders and the sale of publicly owned properties.

Furthermore, Mette has in-depth knowledge of real estate financing, including the law of mortgages.
