Practice Area Counsel
Johannes Bruun advises Danish and international clients on all aspects of energy law, including connection agreements, cross-border infrastructure, heating sector, market rules for electricity and gas, and topics related to regional and European electricity cooperation.
Johannes specializes in energy law. Through 18 years of employment at the state-owned energy company Energinet, Johannes has gained both broad and deep knowledge of the regulated energy and utility business.
His energy law advice is therefore supplemented by an understanding of market conditions, technology, regulation, and the energy policy trends in Denmark and across Europe.
For over 15 years, Johannes has held positions of trust in ENTSO-E, the European electricity TSO association, most recently as an elected board member. Through this collaboration, a strong network has been established with key players in the European energy sector.
