Ilka Bödewadt Lauritzen has many years of experience in construction and consulting law. Ilka advises public authorities, Danish and foreign private companies, insurance companies and technical consultants in all aspects of construction.

Ilka also has many years of experience in procurement law and advises both contracting entities and tenderers in all aspects of procurement law.

Ilka has extensive experience in dispute resolution within both construction law and procurement law, including court and arbitration cases as well as cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
