Certificate of Participation

A certificate can be issued in accordance with the rules on continuing mandatory training for lawyers and assistant attorneys upon participation of at least one more seminar.

Agenda

The 2009 Hong Kong Convention on Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Vessel will finally enter into force in June 2025. This seminar will focus on the implementation on how owners and other stakeholders can prepare for the convention as to contracts, in particular S&P, and navigate the complex regulatory landscape involving international, EU and national regulations.
