GDPR and Cloud Event

Gorrissen Federspiel is pleased to invite you to our upcoming GDPR and cloud Event.

During the event, Henrik Saugmandsgaard Øe, partner at Gorrissen Federspiel, will present his analysis of GDPR issues arising from the EDPS case against the EU Commission’s use of Microsoft 365. He will also discuss whether future transfers to third countries might become a concern.

Additionally, Tue Goldschmieding, partner at Gorrissen Federspiel, will outline GDPR issues in cloud contracts and the measures that need to be implemented to ensure the required level of transparency and documentation when using cloud providers.

Finally, Peter Kaas, Attorney-at-Law and DPO at Falck, along with Max Gersvang Sørensen, Attorney-at-Law at Gorrissen Federspiel will share insights from recent cloud inspections conducted by the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Through these discussions, we aim to equip participants with the knowledge needed to navigate cloud services while complying with GDPR.
