ESG litigation and the role of the senior leadership

Please reserve the morning of 11 October 2023 for a seminar on the emerging role of ESG litigation and perspectives on corporate governance in light of the new EU legislation initiatives.

ESG and sustainability matters have become an integral part of the work and focus of managements and boards. Emerging EU regulation intensifies this development and senior leadership must address the governance aspects of ESG and sustainability, as well as strategic and risk management perspectives.

During the seminar we will cover:

• Insights from Mr. Robert Spano (Gibson Dunn), former president of the European Court of Human Rights on trends in climate litigation and the work of the ECHR.
• New ESG legislation initiatives and how senior management may navigate in this new landscape.
• Danish perspectives on emerging ESG litigation trends.
