Uffe Bøgelund Jensen works in the firm's Real Estate practice group and has many years of experience advising our clients in real estate matters. Uffe is highly specialised in the buying and selling of commercial properties, commercial lease law, environmental law as well as compulsory sale issues. Uffe has in-depth knowledge of these legal areas, and he litigates cases relating to commercial property issues.
Uffe's expertise also encompasses succession planning, including the transfer of business to next generation and probate administration.
Uffe has assisted Danske Bank A/S in connection with the transfer of a large part of the bank's properties on a sale-and-leaseback basis. Uffe also advises a variety of other clients in real estate matters, including Novo Nordisk A/S, A.P. Møller Mærsk A/S and Uno-X Danmark A/S.
