Signe Kjørup Carlsson advises a wide a wide variety of clients, in particular financial undertakings and listed companies, on transactional matters as well as on commercial law, corporate law and regulatory issues.

Over recent years, Signe has acted as adviser on a vast number of transactions within the financial sector, including amalgamations/mergers of banks as well as listing of IPOs and capital increases.

Signe has extensive experience in preparing outlines for management boards, including especially at board of directors and executive board level, and in participating in board work in listed companies, among others.
