Sara Langebæk Gaarmann advises Danish and international clients on a wide range of corporate law and commercial law issues. Sara also assists the firm's clients in M&A transactions, including with due diligence investigations, the drafting of transaction documents and the implementation of transactions. Sara's corporate law experience encompasses, among other things, company formation, capital changes, restructurings, joint ventures and mergers.
From her time working in our EU & Competition practice group, Sara has comprehensive experience of competition law, including with competition law assessments in connection with M&A transactions and merger notifications.
