Ember has a broad transactional practice within the maritime industry and also advises clients on an array of common law issues.

Ember has experience advising on vessel related transactions in the offshore wind industry, including vessel reservation agreements and charter parties. Ember also has experience with the resolution of disputes related to major wind farm developments.

Ember graduated from the University of Alberta with Distinction in 2021 and was admitted to the bar in Canada in 2022. Prior to moving to Denmark, Ember worked with some of Canada's top judges at the Alberta Court of Appeal and also in the litigation department of a leading corporate commercial law firm.
