Caroline Christensen Glyager focuses primarily on IT contracts and outsourcing. She assists Danish and international clients in preparing and negotiation complex contracts in relation to large as well as small outsourcing projects and other IT projects. She provides specialist advice in the field of supply chain ESG compliance. This includes drafting and negotiating agreements that enables companies to comply with new ESG regulatory requirements affecting how they manage their supply chain.
In addition, Caroline has experience with assisting Danish and foreign clients with the handling of legal disputes and conflict resolution. Caroline has focused primarily on providing advice in litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to business law. She specialised in legal procedural issues, traditional property law issues, including damages and breach.
